• What are your shipping rates? Taxes and duties?

• Taxes and shipment are calculated at checkout.
• Local: Shipments within Metro Manila are PHP 200.00
• Domestic: Shipments outside of Metro Manila, but within the Philippines are PHP 350.00
• International: Shipments outside of the Philippines are PHP 3000.00 - with taxes and duties to be shouldered by the buyer.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

• Local: Shipments within Metro Manila take 3-5 business days via LALAMOVE/Grab Express
• Domestic: Shipments outside of Metro Manila, but within the Philippines take 7-14 business days via Entrego
• International: Shipments outside of the Philippines take 7-18 business days via FedEx

• Returns & Exchanges
• Currently, we do not allow returns unless the product is damaged. We only allow exchanges for size exchanges of the same product type. Returns and size exchanges are subject to product availability. Return/exchange tickets will be fulfilled when we resume.
